The menu will feature signature Sumosan favourites served snow-side, including tuna and truffle rolls, Japanese salmon rice pizza, grilled sea bass with citrus ginger sauce and Furikake-crusted rack of lamb and mustard sauce. Whilst new, exclusive dishes will include black caviar rice pizza and torched sushi, such as squid with calamari ink powder and unagi with unagi cotton candy sauce - torched table-side.

Multi award-winning, critically acclaimed contemporary Japanese restaurant Sumosan, was founded in Moscow in 1997 by Alexander Wolkow and his visionary young daughter, Janina.

Known for serving incredible sushi and sashimi of the highest quality, amongst a myriad of innovative Japanese dishes created by the original Executive chef Bubker Belkhit, Sumosan is a discreet favourite of A-list international celebrities, foodies and those seeking a truly slick and atmospheric dining experience.
